Pork sausage supremos

The Ulster Pork and Bacon Forum presented the seventh National Sausage Competition Awards on Wednesday 29th October at the Hilton Hotel in Templepatrick. The awards followed on from National Sausage Week promotions throughout participating retailer butchers in Northern Ireland and reinforced local pork as a winning combination with a quality assurance and welfare standards second to none.
